Extended Cooperation with M7 Real Estate, Building´s Asset Manager
Hamburk office center is located in Pilsen, between U Prazdroje and Klicperova streets, close to design hotel Angelo. Seven-storey office building with trapezoidal floor plan, thanks to that it resembles a large ocean liner, has been offering 7 000 sqm of A-class offices and 358 sqm of retail space. Building tenants include mainly IT and R&D companies. BHS Real Estate Fund has become the new property owner.
