With the COVID-19 situation rapidly evolving every day both worldwide and in the Czech Republic, we would like to ensure all our clients that even in these challenging times we are continuing our work and providing them with full property and asset management services.
It is our priority to protect the health and safety of our employees, our clients and our business partners, therefore we constantly monitor all the governmental /public health and safety information and apply appropriate measures.
To ensure all our commitments to your business operations are fulfilled and the work continues uninterrupted, we have made these arrangements:
- Most of our employees are working remotely, using laptops and headphones to conduct their work. All of them have full access to our server and our software tools, with our IT system having sufficient capacity to allow simultaneous work. The same relates to access to banks and electronic banking services including payments of invoices payable.
- Where the situation so requires, as is the case e.g. with shopping centre managers, our employees are on site, with all safety precautions in practice.
- Skype for business is used as our usual voice communication tool and all employees are equipped with mobile phones.
- In case your contact person at Cushman & Wakefield should be absent, we have a standard back-up procedure in place. Each member of staff has a working partner able to step in and replace him/her if necessary.
To safeguard the health and safety of all the users of the buildings under our property management we have taken all necessary measures recommended by the Czech governmental and public health authorities.
We are continuously working on dealing with unexpected situations that may arise in your buildings. We are in regular contact with the tenants and are at hand in case of need. We perform all administrative tasks promptly, process all due financial transactions and deliver all reports as expected.
